Band of Bards presents The Hypochondriac, Molière’s reimagined comedy set at the turn of the 21st century! Argan, a man obsessed with the idea of being sick, tries to marry off his daughter Angelique to a soon-to-be doctor in an attempt to minimize his medical bills. Argan’s plans are interrupted by the arrival of his larger-than-life brother, Angelique’s secret lover, the soon-to-be doctor and his big-brained father, and a weaselly lawyer.
